We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Administrative Assistant who is ideally also a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in assisting with customer service, supporting clients, marketing initiatives, follow-ups, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with client onboarding, including gathering necessary documentation and coordinating appointments.

Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials, managing social media platforms, and maintaining the company website.

Conduct follow-up calls and emails to prospective clients, responding to inquiries, and providing information about available properties.

Schedule property showings, open houses, and client meetings, coordinating with agents and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain and organize client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.

Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Active real estate license is preferred.

Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

A strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of Higher Level Reality.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20, commensurate with experience and qualifications. As Higher Level Reality continues to expand, there may be opportunities for career growth and increased compensation.
